Description
Memorial-memorial dedicates to the deceased employees of the Special Purpose Police Unit attached to the Central Internal Affairs Directorate.

On the front side of the memorial stands the state defender - Moscow omon-policeman, on the sides - images of modern omon-policemen. Inside the memorial is a relief depicting Motherland, who is grieving over the hero's son. On the reverse side is a picture of Paradise. According to the legend, the souls of the deceased fall into paradise. Water and spring is the symbol of life. The composition borrowed by sculptor S.Kazantsev in Paris in the courtyard of the Notre Dame Cathedral with a chapel and a permanent spring
