Educational and practical expedition in the Istra region
On July 23, 2018, the sculptor's park was visited by participants of the educational and practical expedition "Academy of Universal Synthesis". For six days the members of the expedition studied the city of Istra and the surrounding area as a living person. The expedition included Olga Peshkova, a teacher of the Academy of Universal Synthesis, as well as students: a mechanic of mechanical assembly works from the city of Kovrov, Nizhny Novgorod region, Alexander Shannikov; Lyudmila Astakhova, a children's doctor from the city of Vidnoe, Moscow Region; teacher of additional education from the city of Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod region Svetlana Baibuz. One day the participants visited the Park and Gallery of the sculptor Sergey Kazantsev in the village of Borzye, 25 km from Istra. Their impressions in one of the reviews:

“I was preparing for a meeting with S. S. Kazantsev, while I was in Moscow. The purpose of our expedition is to study the city of Istra as a person using the method of I.M. Grevs. One of the areas of research is creativity. When they saw on the Internet that there was a sculpture by Leonardo da Vinci in the city, they were struck by the author's decision. The author of this work is the sculptor Kazantsev S.S. When visiting the sculpture park, I was struck by its accessibility. Sculptor`s daughter Maria met us and walked through the park. And here is a meeting with the author. I was struck by his openness to communication, sincerity.
