Description
The work is made of marble quarried in Altai at the Pashtulim deposit, therefore this special stone is called the Pashtulim marble or seven-color marble. Pashtulim marble has a special beauty and appeal for artists. This stone is used to decorate Vladimir Putin's office in the Kremlin, the Kremlin Palace of Congresses, the most beautiful stations of the Moscow metro (Park Kultury and Avtozavodskaya), and Sheremetyevo airport.
After the collapse of the USSR, for almost a dozen years, two large blocks of Pashtulim marble lay at the Mytishchensky factory, with which the masters did not know what to do. As a result, they gave it to Sergey Kazantsev for a small price. From one he made the composition "Trinity", which he installed at the entrance to his gallery. And from the second - the high "Fire". Initially, he wanted to install this composition at the entrance to the new New Jerusalem Museum, then under construction, but the leadership changed, and the sculpture remained in the park in Borzie Village.
